GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our client is looking for a WordPress, CSS front-end developer to perfect his team. This person, who will bring new ideas, has an energetic, professional, meticulous personality, as well as is flexible and available. You will have the opportunity to advance your career in a team focused on success.
SPECIFIC ELEMENTS:
- Reporting to the President, the Programmer will be responsible of the following main responsibilities.
- Participate in WordPress theme development.
- Develop WordPress extensions.
- Maintain and evolve our existing sites and themes.
- Ensure optimization and code performance of your colleagues (and vice versa) (Code review).
- Analyze and develop the front-end side of new web projects.
- Constantly update your technological knowledge.
- Mastery of the following tools: ClickFunnels, Stripe, Acuity and Funnel Building.
DESIRED STUDIES AND EXPERIENCE :
- Diploma / certificate in computer systems, or equivalent
- Two to five years of experience in front-end programming
COMPETENCIES, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS :
- Mastery of PHP, MySQL, CSS, HTML and jQuery
- Knowledge of WordPress and best practices
- Good notion of JavaScript
- Responsive Design
- Experience with GIT
- WordPress theme development experience (asset)
- Experience in WP extension development (asset)
- French spoken and written and knowledge of English is an asset
