PURPOSE
- To deliver the Service Request module of an ongoing implementation, as well as other modules in the future.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage with the identified stakeholders to understand and document their business context, requirements and objectives.
- Recommend solutions to address these requirements and objectives by leveraging the ServiceNow out of the box functionalities.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow, specifically with out-of-the-box functionalities.
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Strong experience in change management and exposure to stakeholders.Strong understanding of the ServiceNow capabilities and best practices.
- Good business acumen.
- Effectively manage communications with the stakeholders.
- Leadership skills to influence stakeholders to move towards the planned goals of the project.
- Very strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. French or another second language is an asset.
- Experience with ITIL would be a huge asset.
