PURPOSE 

To support an ongoing ServiceNow project, currently in Phase 2.  The project has already delivered the Change and Problem modules, as well as a recent deployment of the Incident module.  Upcoming module to work on is Service Request, as well as future requirements for CMDB, as well as reviews of previously completed modules. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Understand the requirements presented by the BA.
  • Recommend the technical product configuration.
  • Implement the configuration.
  • Guide the project team and stakeholders on the best practices in using ServiceNow. 

EXPERIENCE 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow, specifically with out-of-the-box functionalities and subsequent configurations. 

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS 

  •  Experience in the configuration and implementation of various ServiceNow modules. 
  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow capabilities and best practices. 
  • Good business acumen. 
  • Effectively manage communications with the stakeholders. 
  • Leadership skills to influence stakeholders to move towards the planned goals of the project.
