With over 20 years of experience as an IT staffing project management specialist, Lara’s expertise lies in mentoring recruitment teams, strengthening regional offices, building solution centers, and managing outsourcing. Lara also enjoys connecting with other professionals at industry and women-owned business conferences.
Another of Lara’s favourite things is exploring different cities with her husband Martin, especially if it involves walking or cycling with her dog, Carter, in tow.
With over 18 years in the Information Technology talent industry plus 10 years in network management, Martin manages client initiatives for our networked team of Account Managers. As founder of Experience, he has been instrumental in growing Experience’s account base; helping hundreds of valued clients increase project proficiencies.
